How can I view a receipt for my membership payment?

Once a payment has been successfully processed a receipt will be emailed to the payment email address you provided on the membership form. If you are paying across instalments a receipt will be issued when each instalment is processed. If you are unable to find your receipt or have changed your email address please email your name and club name to support@clubzap.com

How can I unsubscribe from receiving the membership renewal email?

I have already paid my membership so why am I still getting renewal reminders?

If you signed up as a new member rather than renewing last years membership then you will have a duplicate profile on the system and this is the reason for the renewal reminder.

How can I update the card associated with my payments?

When a payment is successfully processed you will get an email receipt. This email has a link to Manage Subscription which allows you to request to cancel your subscription.

How can I edit the details in my membership profile?

If you would like to update any details on your profile please email your name and club name and the details you want changed to support@clubzap.com

How can I request a refund on my membership?

Any refund requests will need to be sent to your club registrar/treasurer directly. This information would be available on the clubs website. If you cannot find this information send an email with the club name to support@clubzap.com

How can I check how many payments are remaining on my membership payment?

When a payment has been successfully made for a subscription you will receive an receipt via email. This will include details of the payment including the number of instalments made to date and number remaining. It will also detail when the next payment will be.

I have paid my membership but am not receiving messages from the coach about training for my team - why is this?

In order to receive notifications and messages for your team you will need to request to join the team chat group. Details on this process here
