Provided you have downloaded ClubZap and followed your club and the membership season is active you can pay your membership via the app as follows.
Renewing your membership
Open the ClubZap app
Navigate to the ClubHouse tab and select Membership
Enter your email address to claim your renewal and an email will be sent to you with a link to renew.
Click on the link in the email to start the renewal process which will see your data auto populated on the form.
Signing up as a new first time member
Open the ClubZap app
Navigate to the ClubHouse tab and select Membership
Select the option to become a new member.
Click on the Purchase Now button
Click on the Add Member button.
Select the member type for the first person you wish to add to your family package. (e.g: Adult Playing, Juvenile etc.)
Fill in the details of your member.
If you are signing up just 1 person then proceed to step 6 or if you are signing up multiple members then repeat steps 2 & 3 & 4 until all member information is filled in.
Complete the remaining fields in the form including Address and Policy consent etc.
Select your preferred email address for receipt delivery.
Select Continue to advance to the payment screen to enter your card details and your payment will be securely processed by Stripe.
Upon completion you will receive an email receipt confirming your payment.
Note: For each member added the cost will be updated on the Membership Cost Breakdown section.
