How often do the squad reports get delivered?

The squad report is delivered via email on a Friday morning to the administrator(s) and coaches of that squad.

How do I opt out of receiving squad reports?

When your squad report email arrives on a Friday morning there is a link in the email to opt out of receiving the squad reports (Stop sending me these reports). See sample email below.

What do the different payment status types mean on the squad report?

How can I remove a player from my report who is no longer part of the squad?

For now please send an email to support@clubzap.com or your club registrar with the details of the squad name and player you would like to remove.

There are 2 instances of a players name in my report, how can I remove one of these?

Some new kids joined my squad but are not paid yet - how can i add them onto my squad list so I can track them and make sure they pay?
