How can I add custom content into the membership renewal email?

Every membership renewal email contains a standard piece of content as shown here:

To add custom content to be appended to this template:

  1. Login to the clubzap.com/signin admin portal

  2. Go to Membership -> Membership Settings -> Membership Configuration

  3. Select the Edit Membership Configuration button.

Signoff name: Name of your club registrar (Optional)

Signoff position: Position this person holds in the club. e.g: Club Registrar

Renewal page note: If you wish to add a note on your membership signup page you can add the content here.

e.g: Members should not consider themselves registered with the relevant associations (GAA, LGFA, Camogie, Rounders, Handball Associations), or insured under player injury schemes, until 10 days after membership has been paid.

Renewal email note: This is the text you wish to add to the end of the standard template above.


How can I add custom content into the membership receipt email?

Every membership renewal email contains a standard piece of content as shown here:

To add custom content to be appended to this template:

  1. Login to the clubzap.com/signin admin portal

  2. Go to Membership -> Membership Packages -> Edit

  3. Scroll to the very bottom of the product definition - Receipt Details Section

  4. Add the custom text you want to be added to the receipt in the Email Text edit box.

  5. Click on Update Membership Product
