When you purchase a membership for your club and if you choose to pay via fixed instalments or recurring payments you can change the card used for these payments or cancel further payments via self care as follows.
Cancel Membership via Self Care
When you pay your initial membership subscription payment you will receive an email receipt similar to the screenshot here:
If you click on the Link button View Receipt you will be presented with the following self-care options.
Update Card Payment Details
Cancel Subscription
Edit Membership Details
Download a receipt
When you click on Cancel Subscription it will ask you to confirm and when you do no further payments will be taken and the club will be informed via email the subscription has been cancelled with immediate effect for all the members on your subscription.

If you click on a link that has expired you will be presented with the following warning:
When you click on the Request a new secure link you will receive an email like this in your inbox.
Click on the Access my Membership to view the Self Care options which include
Update Card Payment Details
Cancel Subscription
Edit Membership Details
Download a receipt
I cannot find my memebrship receipt so cannot access the membership self care
In this case you should email support@clubzap.com and provide your
Club name
Member name
Email address
and our support team will resend you a link for your memebrship receipt and self care.
