The following are some of the most common errors on Foireann Synchronisation
Record exists with these details outside your organisation
Reasons:
Where a player is already registered with the county or another club say a different club for camogie.
To resolve error 'Record exists with these details outside your organisation'
1. Manually register on Foireann
You select the checkbox to the right of the persons name.
Select Member Actions and Register
You must select their member type.
2. Update on ClubZap
Go to Membership - Members
search for name
In Governing Body Reg. Status Field - select '1 of 1 Not Registered'
Click Edit
Ensure that their Foireann ID is present in Identifier field
Check the Registered box.
This will allow you to manually register the members and take them out of further export files.
Members failing to register on Foireann due to age and gender
Error : Row 8: - person.birthDate - Michelle Geoghegan has an error: Adult Membership cannot be given to someone under 18.
Gender = Female where Member Type = Youth and Association = GAA and Age is > U12
(i.e.: in 2025 this is born in 2012 or before)
So in summary where Player is set to yes no females aged 13 or above can be registered on Foireann in GAA - they must select the code LGFA.
If STEP 3 FAILS or Times Out in the Syncronisation Process
Go to Foireann
Administration
Members
Select 2025 - 2025 this time not 2024.
Export members report.
Then go on ClubZap - Click Foireann and STEP 1.
Please note you must import in Step 1 not Step 3 to resolve this issue.
Import the file here to sync up the two systems.

Could not record Registration
Where the Foireann Import gives the error 'Could Not Record Registration' and no Foireann ID is showing.
Go to Foireann
Search for the member
Check for the blue shield on the persons initials.
If the blue shield is not there then click on the checkbox beside their initials, then Member Actions and Verify.
The member will update on your next synchronisation.
Could not record Registration due to Error in file
Foireann will point out errors in the file such as if there is a fullstop in a Postcode.
Error: Row 9: The following fields contain characters that are not allowed: Postcode
To resolve this error On ClubZap update the members record to remove the fullstop.
