How can I check how many members have been synchronised with Foireann?
In order to check how many members have been synchronised with Foireann:
Login to clubzap.com/signin
Go to Membership -> Members
How can I check if an individual has been registered with Foireann?
Login to clubzap.com/signin
Go to Membership -> Members
Search for your member name
View the Gov. Body Reg. Status column
Registered: member has been marked as registered on Foireann and on ClubZap
1 of 1 Not Registered: The member is part of 1 association and has not been registered with this association. To view which association the member is registered with check here
1 of 2 Not Registered: The member is part of 2 associations but has only been registered with one association
- (Dash symbol): means that the member type associated with this member is marked as not to be registered with the governing body (e.g: Walking membership or gym membership)
How do I check what governing body a member has been registered with?
Login to clubzap.com/signin
Go to Membership -> Members
Search for your member name
Click on the members name
The association names are listed and a green tick will exist for the association the member is registered with.
