See how many paid members have been registered on Foireann and synchronised with ClubZap.

When a GAA/Camogie/LGFA club member signs up as a new member or renews their membership they need to be registered with the governing body database known as Foireann. The process for synchronising your ClubZap membership management system with the GAA/Camogie/LGFA Foireann system is covered here.

How can I check how many members have been synchronised with Foireann?

In order to check how many members have been synchronised with Foireann:

  1. Login to clubzap.com/signin

  2. Go to Membership -> Members


How can I check if an individual has been registered with Foireann?

  1. Login to clubzap.com/signin

  2. Go to Membership -> Members

  3. Search for your member name

  4. View the Gov. Body Reg. Status column

    1. Registered: member has been marked as registered on Foireann and on ClubZap

    2. 1 of 1 Not Registered: The member is part of 1 association and has not been registered with this association. To view which association the member is registered with check here

    3. 1 of 2 Not Registered: The member is part of 2 associations but has only been registered with one association

    4. - (Dash symbol): means that the member type associated with this member is marked as not to be registered with the governing body (e.g: Walking membership or gym membership)


How do I check what governing body a member has been registered with?

  1. Login to clubzap.com/signin

  2. Go to Membership -> Members

  3. Search for your member name

  4. Click on the members name

  5. The association names are listed and a green tick will exist for the association the member is registered with.
