When Step 2 of the synchronisation process is completed a status report file is downloaded automatically from Foireann to your local machine which will detail what members were successfully registered on Foireann. This file must then be imported into the ClubZap system for the following reasons:

  • It will assign the Foireann ID for new members to your members profile on ClubZap

  • It will mark your members profile on ClubZap as being successfully registered with their Association and this will in turn be reflected on squad and membership reports for coaches and club admins.

  • These members will no longer be exported for the remainder of the season as they are seen as registered which reduces the workload for club registrars and negates the risk for duplicate members being registered on Foireann.

Step 3: Upload Foireann Registration Results Status Report into ClubZap

  1. From the ClubZap Admin portal go to Membership -> Current Members

  2. Select Governing Body Interface

  3. Select Import Results

  4. Drag your results file provided by Foireann following completion of the ClubZap Step 2 Process

  5. The results are processed and the member profiles on ClubZap are updated to close the synchronisation loop.

Once Step 3 is complete when you look up a member (Membership -> Current Members) and scroll to the bottom of their profile you will see a green tick against the members Foireann ID confirming synchronisation has been completed.
