Login to the dashboard.clubzap.com/signin admin portal
Go to Membership -> Squads
Click on Add Squad
Enter the name of your squad. e.g: Boys 2003 Football Team
Select the Contact Admin who will appear in the squad report email as the point of contact for any queries from coaches.
If you would like to send automated weekly reports click on the checkbox titled Send weekly reports for this squad? Reports are emailed every Friday at 08:00am
Enter the names of the coaches or admins associated with this team who you want to receive the weekly email reporting membership status of the squad members.
If available for your club Select the Governing Body associated with this report.
Click on Create Squad to advance.
Note:
The admin must have installed the ClubZap app on their phone and followed your club to exist in this list.
The email reports are generated automatically on a weekly basis and sent to coaches/admins for each squad who will only see a membership summary for their particular players.
