ClubZap can be configured to automatically send renewal emails out to all your members on a weekly basis (Fridays). As members renew their membership they will no longer get the renewal email.

Enabling/Disabling Membership Renewals for your Club

A Club Administrator can turn off/on the renewal reminders as follows

  1. Login to the ClubZap admin portal

  2. Go to Club Settings -> Club Details

  3. Scroll to the Club Configuration section at the bottom of the page

  4. Check the box to send the reminders or uncheck to disable sending


Enabling/Disabling Membership Renewals for an Individual

A club member from last season can opt out of receiving renewal reminders by selecting the unsubscribe link on the reminder email. A Club admin can also switch off renewal reminders for an individual as follows:

  1. Login to the ClubZap admin portal

  2. Go to Membership -> Current Members and search for your member.

  3. Click on the View action corresponding to the members name.

  4. Scroll to the Membership section and click on the Membership number similar to that in the screenshot 1 below.

  5. Click on the Edit option and scroll to the bottom of your screen to toggle the reminder off for this member.

  6. Click Continue to Save.
