Link your club membership(s) to your app profile.

View your membership purchase history for all your clubs on the ClubZap app and access your payment receipts on demand.

To access your membership(s) profiles on your ClubZap app you will need to link your memebrship sales profile with your ClubZap communications profile. The linking of profiles is based on the payment email address used for your membership purchase with the email address associated with your ClubZap app profile.

How to link your memebrship profile to your ClubZap app profile

  1. Open the ClubZap app

  2. Click on the Settings cog and select Your Memberships.

  3. If a membership match is found for your email address you will be presented with an option to Link Membership.

  4. You will receive an email with a 6 digit Security code. Enter the code when prompted.

  5. A confirmation screen is presented now so click Done to complete the process and view your memberships.

How to view your memebrship sales and download a payment receipt

  1. Open the ClubZap app

  2. Click on the Settings cog and select Your Memberships.

  3. To view your payment receipt select the memebrship and tap on the options dropdown and select Download PDF Receipt.


Troubleshooting & FAQ

Why is my membership not appearing on the app?

The linking of memberships and app profiles is based on the email address you entered when installing the app which in turn created your app profile and the payment email address you entered when purchasing membership(s).

If no match is found between your app profile email address and your membership purchase email address you will see a screen similar to this when you view Your Memberships

How do I update the email address associated with my app profile?

  1. Open the ClubZap app

  2. Click on the Settings (Cog) icon on the top right of the screen.

  3. Select Account Details

  4. Click on the Email field and edit your email address

  5. Click Update to Save your changes

How many years/seasons of membership sales can I see on the ClubZap app once my memebrship profile and app profile are linked?

ClubZap will display memberships belonging to any season that started in the last 3 years from todays date. Please note we will only display memberships that ClubZap has processed for your club. Any memberships purchased on a different platform will not appear on the ClubZap app.

How many years of pending_renewal memberships can I see on the app once my memebrship profile and app profile are linked?

A pending_renewal is a membership that was active last season but has not yet been renewed for the current (active) season. ClubZap will display pending_renewal memberships belonging to the active season for a club only.
