Provided you are an Administrator for your club you can see a list of NEW members versus RENEWING members
Remember to clean up your member duplicates for an accurate view of new members. Details on merging duplicates here
Login to the ClubZap Admin portal clubzap.com/signin
On the left hand menu go to Membership -> Members
The Renewal Column will indicate whether a member is a New or Renewing member

No - New Member signup

Login to the ClubZap Admin portal clubzap.com/signin
On the left hand menu go to Membership -> Members
Click on the Filter option
Select the Renewal checkbox
To view a list of new members for this season select New member or to see a list of renewals select Renewing member and set the Payment status filter to Paid. Paid Cash or Subscribed
Click on the Apply button to view your list and member count for this filter.
Note: You can use multiple filters along with the New Member filter including Gender, Year born etc. e.g: Filter new Male Members born in 2020
How can I export a list of members based on their status (New or Renewing)?

Login to the ClubZap Admin portal clubzap.com/signin
On the left hand menu go to Membership -> Members
Click on the Export option
Select Toggle All to export all the member profile columns or select specific data columns if you wish
On the Refine your export screen select Renewal and choose whether you want to segment on new members or renewals for your export
Click on the Export Records button to create a .csv file which is downloaded automatically and can be opened in excel as a spreadsheet.
Why is a member from last season appearing as a new member signup?
The reason for this is the member signed up as a new member instead of renewing their existing memebrship. As a result the member has a duplicate profile on the database so the resolution is to merge the duplicate memebrship as detailed here.
