A Non Renewal is a member who was paid up last year but has been marked as a non Renewal for this season.
A member can be marked as a non renewal as follows
Via Self Care - Click on the Stop Sending me this Reminder link in their weekly renewal reminder email and select the option stating they do not intend to renew their memebrship.

View a list of non renewals for your club memebrship
Login to the Clubzap.com/signin Admin portal
Go to Memebrship -> Members
Select the Filter and under Payment status select Non renewal
Click Apply
