Login to the ClubZap Admin portal
Go to Membership -> Members
Select the Executive Report button
The executive report gives a breakdown on:
Member Count: Total number of members with that member type
Paid: Members who have paid in FULL or have an active subscription
Unpaid: Members who have not Paid in Full or started a subscription (instalments)
Other (Excluded): This is a total of members in non_renewal and hibernated state. It says “Excluded” so its clear it doesn’t contribute to total members in the Member Count column.
What does Awaiting Selection by Member mean in the Executive report?
The Awaiting Selection by Member is a count of members who paid last year but their member type last year is no longer available for this season so they are not mapped to a member type yet. This mapping will be done when they select their member type on renewing.
