To view the ClubZap member stats dashboard follow these steps.
Login to dashboard.clubzap.com
Go to Membership
Select Manage Memberships
Select the Stats tab to reveal your insights and statistics.
Note: To view the figures on the charts you can simply hover over the graph to see the value.
What type of memebr stats are available on the ClubZap admin portal?
Below are the details of what membership insights are available on the ClubZap dashboard.
Membership Sales Value by Month Starting
This gives a breakdown of membership based on the month of the first memebrship payment. If your memebrship cost €300 and you paid in full in January then that €300 is recorded against January. If your paying across 3 monthly instalments of €100 starting in January then €300 is also recorded in the January figures.
Membership sales by Member Count
This details the number of members signed up in a transactions so helps clubs understand how many families have multiple members in the club. For example in this example there were 551 memebrship transactions where 1 member was paid for.
112 transactions had 2 members while 40 sales transactions had 3 members.
Membership Sales by Payment Type
This chart details how many membership sales were paid for in full versus how many were paid for across multiple instalments.
In this case 588 membership transactions were completed in full while 120 membership transactions were completed using the instalment option.
A membership is a transaction that can include 1 or multiple members.
New Members vs Renewing Members
This graph details the number of new members versus renewing members you have.
In the example here we have 196 new members and 733 renewing members.
Members by Registered Governing Body
If your club needs to register members with a Governing Body Association you can see an overview here of the number of members who have been registered with the relevant association in this chart. In this example there are 343 members registered with the Camogie association and 564 registered with the GAA Association.
This is not a count of your members, it is a count of your members who have paid memebrship and have then been registered with a specific Governing Body.
Members by Year Born and Gender
This chart provides a breakdown of your members based on Gender and Year born. It also includes total counts per year born and gender.
Members by Gender
This chart gives a breakdown on your current members based on gender. In this example there are 571 males and 358 female members in the club.
Members by Year Born
This chart provides a breakdown of your current members (all members) based on year born.
Playing vs Non-Playing Members
This chart gives a breakdown on your current members based on playing versus non-playing member status. In this example there are 683 playing members and 246 non playing members.
Members by Type
This chart gives a breakdown on your current members based on member type.

To view the figures on the charts you can simply hover over the graph to see the value.
How can I download a chart?
Use the right click option on your mouse to access the menu which will allow you to copy or save an image.
