What system report and real-time sales notification emails are available on the system?

Details of email reports generated by the ClubZap system which include real-time email notifications for product purchases and status change of existing subscriptions as well as weekly email reports summarising sales and content engagement.

System reports on lotto, fundraising and engagement for news published can sent to your admins via email.

To set a user up to receive these emails they must be an administrator on the ClubZap platform as detailed here

What weekly reports are available on the system?

  • Club Weekly Admin Report

    • Description: A collection of useful weekly club statistics including number of articles published.

    • Schedule: weekly on Monday

    • Available to: Administrators

  • Club Weekly Membership Report

    • Description: A weekly report on the status of club membership.

    • Schedule: weekly on Monday

    • Available to: Administrators

What real time email notifications are available on new purchases and subscriptions status changes?

Memebrship

  • Club Individual Membership Confirmation

    • Description: Individual email confirming a brand new or renewed membership.

    • Schedule: after purchase

    • Available to: Administrators

  • Club Individual New Membership Confirmation

    • Description: Individual email confirming a brand new membership.

    • Schedule: after purchase

    • Available to: Administrators

  • Club Individual Membership Subscription Status Change

    • Individual email sent on status change of a Membership subscription

    • Schedule: after cancellation

    • Available to: Administrators

How to manage who receive System report emails

  1. login to clubzap.com/signin

  2. Go to Club Settings -> System Emails

  3. Click on Edit Subscribers to select what administrators for your club can receive the emails.

Note: Only Administrators on the ClubZap admin portal for your club can receive these system emails. Details on adding admins here
