When the pre configured cut off time for online lotto sales is reached the lotto coordinator(s) will receive an email with a full list of online entries for that draw.
How can I receive the Weekly list of entries for lotto?
If you would like to be included in this email you or any administrator can update the System Emails settings as follows
Login to clubzap.com/signin
Go to Club Settings -> System Emails
Select Edit Subscribers for the Club Lotto Draw Entries report
Select the club admins you want to send the weekly report to

How does the lotto entry cut off work?
As part of your lotto setup we will configure the requested cut off time for lotto sales. It is the list of entries in the draw when the cut off time is reached that are emailed to the lotto organiser. Any purchases post cut off time will be entered in the following weeks draw.
What does the Lotto entry email look like?
The email includes the entry name and numbers selected as well as a summary of the total online entries
