1. To begin the process login to the admin portal and select the Membership link from the menu. 
  2. Click on the membership sales and enter the name of the payee in the search field. (Note: This is the payee and may be different to the member name but receipts are generated for the person who made the payment).
  3. Click on the members name to view their profile.
  4. Select the option to Download PDF and email to retrieve the receipt.
