The following are the available roles for a group member when they join a group:
Parent
Coach
Player
Other
For Parent and Coach you can specify your Childs name when you enter the group for the first time. You can also edit your child details at any stage as detailed here
Note: If your status is Parent at least one Child must exist.
Chat Group Admin: How to change a group members role
Open the ClubZap app
Go to the Chat tab and click on the group you want to update
Click on the Group Settings icon on the top right of the screen to open the Group Info screen.
Scroll down to find the name of the Parent who's child you wish to remove and click on the parents name.
Click on the Set Role link top open the update screen
Select the new role from the Role dropdown options

Open the ClubZap app
Go to the Chat tab and click on the group you want to update
Click on the Group Settings icon on the top right of the screen to open the Group Info screen.
Click on the Option for Your Role
Edit your Role and select Save when completed
