When a new season starts all previously paid up members will receive an email reminding them to renew their membership. This email arrives on a Friday morning one this feature is enabled by the club.

These reminders will help expedite membership collection and are sent automatically on a weekly basis until

- the member pays OR

- the member unsubscribes (opts out) from the reminder emails OR

- the club instructs us to turn them off

On the Renewal reminder you receive you can click on the the link that says

Stop Sending me this Reminder

and you will be prompted for your reason for opting out.
