How to manually mark a member as registered on ClubZap
This process is useful for marking one off cases as registered.
Login to clubzap.com/signin
Go to Membership -> Members
Search for the member you wish to update
Click on the member name
Click on the Edit button
6. Click on the Registered Checkbox and Update button to save.
Note: Your admin name will be logged against this change for audit purposes.
Note: You should only mark someone as registered on ClubZap if you have firstly registered them on Foireann.
How to manually unmark a member as registered on ClubZap
Login to clubzap.com/signin
Go to Membership -> Members
Search for the member you wish to update
Click on the member name
Click on the Edit button
Uncheck the Registered checkbox and select update
Note: Marking a member who was previously showing registered on ClubZap will not change their profile on Foireann so this needs to be done manually for this individual case also.
