What information is required to import lotto players into ClubZap?

Details on the import file template.

Updated over 2 weeks ago

If your club has offline yearly sales paid via cash, cheque or Direct Debit, the ClubZap support team can import these players into our platform so they coexist with players who purchase lotto online directly via ClubZap.

If you are selling tickets offline they would normally have to be checked manually but these can be imported on once off occasions by emailing lottoimports@clubzap.com at least 1 business day before your draw.

Please complete the following import file and sent to lottoimports@clubzap.com
