A club administrator can change the member type associated with a member provided the member type they wish to change to is in the same membership package that they purchased.
This might be cases where a person signed up as a social member instead of a coach for example.
Note: If there is a change in pricing this will need to be collected manually. It is also useful to add a note on the membership to record why you are making the change.
Login to the ClubZap admin portal
Go to Membership -> Membership Sales
Search for the membership sale you wish to edit
Click on the name and select Edit at the bottom of the page
Update the member type accordingly by selecting the new member type in the dropdown list.
Add a Note to explain the reason for the change for future reference via the notes section at the bottom of the page.
Save your changes.
