When using the new ClubZap events feature for selling tickets to your event a QER code will be provided as part of the sales receipt.

The QR code on the ticket is a URL that links to the participant’s booking within the Coordinator view. The organiser can use any QR code reader, or on iOS just the phone’s camera, to open the webpage.

From there, they can click the Check In button to record the check-in. The organiser can also add notes from this view if needed.

The person scanning the QR codes will need to log in to access the Coordinator view. The organiser can create dedicated Coordinator accounts in advance via the Team Members section in the main dropdown at the top right, or they can use their main admin account.

  1. Login to the Events dashboard here

  2. Click on your event

  3. From there, you can click the Check In button to record the check-in. The organiser can also add notes from this view if needed.
