Your club can use QR codes to promote any fundraising or membership products available on the ClubZap system. Once you have created your product the public link for that product can be associated with a QR code which you can use on posters and other infographics to help promote your product.

Provided you are an administrator for your club and have access to the ClubZap admin portal you can access the QR codes.

  1. Login to the ClubZap Admin Portal

  2. Click on Settings -> QR Codes via the menu on the left hand side.

  3. Select the QR code you wish to access

    1. View - displays the QR Code

    2. Download - copies the QR code to your local machine

    3. Edit - change the URL associated with your QR code. This option is only available for QR codes you have manually created.

    • Check out the QR code that was created for your custom URL

  • Download

    • Copy the QR code to your local machine

  • Edit

  • Delete

    • Remove the QR code so it no longer exists. Please beware that the QR code does not exist on infographics or posters etc as it will no longer be possible to direct your followers to the product if the QR code has been deleted.

What if I no active products available for a QR Code?

If you have no active products available in that category then the person who scans the QR Code will be directed to the product page which will inform them no products are available for purchase. The following is an example of a club with no Club Fees available:

You can deactivate the products associated with the QR code so that they cannot be accessed any linger when the QR code is scanned.

How can I download a QR code?

What is a QR Code?

QR (Quick Response) codes are designed to be scanned using a camera, such as those found on your smartphone. QR code scanning is built into many camera apps for Android and iOS. While the barcode holds information horizontally, the QR code does so both horizontally and vertically. This enables the QR code to hold over a hundred times more information. QR codes are most often used to store web links so when scanned will redirect you to a website link which is useful for promoting your products for fundraising and membership.
