Check your settings and troubleshoot why you are not receiving notifications

If you have checked that notifications are enabled on your ClubZap app and have sent yourself a test notification successfully then the next thing to check is the Notifications Settings on your phones operating system. See below for your phone type.

When installing the app originally you would have been prompted about receiving push notifications from ClubZap. If you decided against receiving notifications then this would explain why you are not notified about published content or chat events. To address this jump to the Android or Iphone section below.


Iphone Notification Settings

  1. Open the ClubZap App

  2. Click on the Settings (Cog) icon

  3. Click on the Push Notifications

  4. Click on the Go to Settings

  5. Click on the Notifications link and enable notifications


Android Notification Settings

  1. Open the ClubZap App

  2. Click on the Settings (Cog) icon

  3. Click on the Push Notifications

  4. Click on the Enable Notifications

  5. Click on the Allow link and enable notifications
