How do I delete or sign out of my user account?

If you would like to delete your user profile for the ClubZap app or sign in using a new number check this out.

Deleting your ClubZap user account

When you choose to delete your your account it will

  • Delete your account profile information

  • Remove you form ClubZap chat groups

  1. Open the ClubZap app

  2. Click on the profile icon on the top right of the screen to open the My Account settings

  3. Scroll to the App Section settings and select Delete Account

  4. Enter the Phone number associated with the account you wish to delete - This must be the phone number associated with the device your working on.

  5. Select Confirm to verify your choice

  6. An email will be sent to the address associated with your profile once deletion is completed.

Note: You can only delete the account associated with your profile on the app - A security check is done to ensure the number you enter in step 4 above matches the number on your phones ClubZap app.

Sign out of your ClubZap user account

Signing out of your ClubZap account will allow you to change the phone number associated with your Profile

  1. Open the ClubZap app

  2. Click on the profile icon on the top right of the screen to open the My Account settings

  3. Scroll to the App Section settings and select Sign Out

  4. Select Confirm to verify your choice

Note: Once you have signed out successfully you are brought to the onboarding screen where you are asked to

  • Select your club

  • Enter your phone number

  • Enter the coded received via sms to your phone number

You can login with the same number as previously or enter a new phone number.
