Any club administrator with full administration privileges can view a snapshot of chat group activity via the the admin portal. They can also vie the Sharable link for joining a group and the QR code associated with a chat group.

Go to Mobile App -> Chat Groups on the menu on the left hand side
Note: You cannot see who the people are in the chat groups or the content of the messages that were sent.
The following information is listed
Title: Name of the chat group
Type: Team Group / Committee Group
Admins: List of administrators for that chat group
Messages: Count of the number of messages sent in that group
Last Message: Timespan since the last message was sent in this group
Coaches: # people in the group with a status set as coach
Parents: # people in the group with a status set as parent
Players: # people in the group with a status set as player
Children: # children associated with parents in the group
Other: # people in the group with a status set as Other
Invitation Link / Code: Link to join a chat group and QR code to scan to join group.
