All coaches in sports clubs who work with Children (U18) would need to be Garda Vetted and complete a Child Safeguarding course. In Ireland these certifications last for 3 years for both Vetting and Safeguarding.

Export from Governing Body
Login to foireann.ie
Select the Administration link
Select Reports
Choose the option titled Members Certification Report
This will generate an export file (.csv) with the naming convention (where Bedrock is the club name):
MemberCertificationReport-Bedrock-2026-07-28-13-22-59.csv
Import into ClubZap
login to dashboard.clubzap.com
Select Governance
Select Coach Compliance
Select option to Import your file (MemberCertificationReport-Bedrock-2026-07-28-13-22-59.csv)
Once the import is completed you will be notified on the number of records matched as follows:
