Camps & Events Fees


The usual transaction fees apply when using the standard version of the new camps & events platform.

We offer an optional premium version of the camps and events platform which incurs an additional 1% on the normal transaction fees. This additional 1% fee can be managed by incorporating it into the event price or adding it as a service charge at checkout. You can upgrade to premium at any time is you require any of the additional features.

The premium version is particularly useful for large-scale events that require QR code ticket scanning, such as matches, club discos, or dinner dances.

Please note: that the premium version is not necessary for running regular camps.

The premium version of camps and events includes the following features:

  • Event Coordinator Area

  • Unique ticket QR codes: Can be scanned on entry, ideal for matches and club events like dinner dances to check in participants.

  • Discount Codes: Ability to accept discount codes for events.

  • Service Charges: Add a service charge to transactions.

  • Refund Policy: Include a customised refund policy.

  • Mailing List: Manage and utilise event mailing lists.

  • Password Protected Events: Restrict access to specific events.

  • Optional Extras: Offer add-ons like raffle tickets or club merchandise during ticket or camp registration.

  • Event-Specific Chat Groups: Invite participants to join dedicated chat groups on ClubZap.
