What happens when a lotto draw does not take place?

When a draw does not take place credits will be assigned to players who are on a recurring subscription.

If a lotto draw is not taking place a club administrator can delete the draw date as follows:

  1. login to dashboard.clubzap.com

  2. Select Lotto

  3. Select Delete option for the corresponding draw date not taking place

What happens existing lotto subscriptions when a lotto draw does not take place?

In order not to affect recurring subscription payments for lotto players will continue to be charged as normal but if a draw or multiple draws did not take place they will be awarded draw credits to their profile which will be applied when the next payment is due which will result in a reduced payment or a charge of zero on their next subscription due.
