Fixtures/Schedules/Events are managed via the Admin Portal or via the admin menus on the app to select users with appropriate privileges. Details on managing content via the app can be found here.

The Admin portal can be accessed here. If you have issues logging in please refer to another article on Logging into the Clubify Admin Portal.

Upon successful login to the admin portal select the Fixtures link from the left hand menu. The fixtures landing page is displayed providing a view of your clubs published fixtures/schedules  including:

  • Date
  • Time
  • Team
  • Competition
  • Opponent
  • Venue

Existing fixtures can be edited or deleted here.

Add Fixture

Event Date – Date and time (24 Hour Clock) for fixture

Venue – Location of game

Referee – Optional input for match officials details.

Team – Club team, e.g: Senior/U12 etc.

Competition Name– e.g: Minor Championship/Minor League/Cup Final

Opponent – Who you are playing. (This only appears for team sports)

Event Type - Championship, League, Tournament, Friendly.

Notify User – 

Notifications are now automatically generated for fixtures using the following logic:

  1. If fixture commencement is less than 12 hours - send push immediately (provided not falling into the night time threshold of 10pm - 8am)
  2. If fixture commencement is less than 24 hours - schedule for next push (10am or 6pm)
  3. If fixture commencement is less than 7 days - schedule for next push (10am or 6pm)
  4. If fixture commencement is less than 14 days - schedule for next push (10am or 6pm) and then schedule again for 3 days out from commencement day
  5. If fixture commencement is greater than 14 days - schedule for 14 days out and then schedule again for 3 days out from commencement day

Publish to Facebook – Auto updates your club Facebook page with fixture when this setting is checked. If Facebook is not currently setup this can be done now. This is a once off integration process.

Publish to Twitter – Auto updates your club Twitter page with fixture when this setting is checked. If Twitter is not currently setup this can be done now. This is a once off integration process.

Create Fixture – Commit new fixture to the system

Delete Fixture

Select the Fixtures link from the left hand menu which displays a list of fixtures.
Provided you have administrator access you should see an actions column for each fixture allowing you to Edit or Delete a fixture.
Select Delete and ok to confirm which removed the fixture.
