In the Group Chat tab go open the group you want to update.
Click on the Event you want to modify.
Tap on the 3 dots on the top right of the screen
Choose the action form the available list
Clone and existing event
If your events are recurring regularly you can clone an existing event by opening the event and clicking on the Action menu for that event. Click on the Clone link to initiate a new event with is prepopulated with the same data as your original event. You can edit any of the fields you wish such as the Title, Description, Date, Time and Location.
Note: Any Pre Requisites (e.g: Covid Form/Permission Slips etc) will have to be manually added for the cloned event.
Edit an existing event
An existing published live event can be edited to change the Title, Description, Date, Time and Location. When the changes have been applied your group chat members will be notified of the change.
Delete an existing event
A live event that was mistakenly created can now be deleted provided no one has RSVP'd. If an RSVP has been received the event will need to be edited to update or cancelled.
Cancel and existing event
An existing published live event can be cancelled and all group chat members will be notified of the cancellation. The event status is also changed on the chat feed as seen below.
