What level of admin access are available on the system?

Multiple levels of access exists including app admins, chat group admins as well as editor level and adminstrator access.

Admin Access to the Admin portal

There are 2 types of access for the ClubZap admin portal

  1. Editor Level => Like your comms person who can manage news content, events, fixtures, results. They cannot see monetary income from membership and fundraising.

  2. Administrator level => These are typically your club financial controller, treasurer, registrar etc. who can access all features on the admin portal for communications and payments. They can also manage the access privilege of other users.

App Admin

This person can create new chat groups, update fixtures/results for all teams via the app only. They do not have access to the admin privilege above unless specifically fgranted that privilege also.

Chat Group Admin

These are normally people who requested to join a group or were invited to join a group by the person who setup the group (an App Admin).

The app admin then clicks on the group settings and makes an existing member of the group a group admin. This new group admin can only send messages, create events, add/remove members to that group they are an admin of. They cannot manage fixtures/results or create new groups unless they are upgraded to an app admin. A user can be a group admin for multiple groups.
