Adding Lotto Draw Results

Update your weekly draw results for lotto including winning numbers, jackpot details and lucky winners.

Fundraising draw results are managed via the Admin Portal which can be accessed here. If you have issues logging in please refer to another article on Logging into the ClubZap Admin Portal.

Upon successful login to the admin portal select the Lotto link from the left hand menu. If you are unable to see a list of draws please contact support@clubzap.com for help in configuring your Lotto results setup.

Select the Update Result Action corresponding to the Draw date you wish to update.

The following fields must be completed:

Jackpot for this Draw:

Prize available for this weeks draw. This is a numeric value (no commas). e.g: 10000
Jackpot Won:

Tick checkbox if there was a winner

Draw Completed (Publish Results):

Tick this if you want the results to be public and generate your email result to all entrants. If you still need to do your lucky dip leave this unticked until that is completed.

Match Three Winner:

If your club supports Match 3 winners and there was a successful match 3 winner(s) check this box.
Numbers:

Winning numbers drawn (comma separated, e.g: 1,2,3,4)
Draw Winners:

Name: Winners Name

Jackpot: Tick if this person won the Jackpot

Match 3: Tick if this person was a match 3 winner, if unticked they will be recorded as a lucky dip winner.

Add another Winner:

For multiple winners add an edit box to enter their name details
Push Notification:

Check this option to send a push notification to your followers on the app which will be delivered based on next delivery schedule at 10am or 6pm. More details on notifications here.
Publish to Facebook:

Send the results to Facebook
Publish to Twitter:

Send the results to Twitter

FAQ

My results are not appearing on the app or website and no results email has been sent.

The most lightly cause of this is that the checkbox to publish results was not ticked. If you edit the results and tick the box and submit your results this will resolve your issue.

If I need to edit the results will it mean another email going out to all entrants?

No, because the results email contains a permalink to the results which means it will always point to the latest results. You can edit the results as much as you wish but do not change the Draw Complete (Publish Results) check box once it has been set and the email has been sent.

Creating a new Draw

If a draw does not exist for your date you can create a new draw using the Add New Draw button:

Select the Draw date from the Calendar to create the new draw.
