Managing Chat Groups via the Admin Portal

Create new chat groups, manage admins, add new members.

Provided you are an administrator for your club and have access to the dashboard.clubzap.com/signin admin portal you can manage chat groups as follows:

Create new chat group via admin portal

  1. login to dashboard.clubzap.com

  2. Go to Mobile App -> Chat Groups

  3. Select Create Group

Archive a chat group via admin portal

  1. login to dashboard.clubzap.com

  2. Go to Mobile App -> Chat Group

  3. In the actions column for your group select the Archive button

Manage admins for a chat group via admin portal

  1. login to dashboard.clubzap.com

  2. Go to Mobile App -> Chat Group

  3. In the actions column for your group select the View button

  4. Select Manage Admins

  5. Select Add Admin

Note: If the admin is already int he group you can search for their name and select add as admin.

If they do not have the app you can issue an invite via sms

View members of a chat sub-group via admin portal

  1. login to dashboard.clubzap.com

  2. Go to Mobile App -> Chat Group

  3. In the actions column for your group select the View button

  4. Select Filter -> Sub-Groups to view members of a specific sub group
