5 Steps to Getting set up on ClubZap

  1. Connect Stripe

  2. Connect Social Media

  3. Add Admins to help

  4. Add your teams

  5. Turn on System Emails

1. Connecting Stripe to start processing payments

Stripe is the payment interface used by ClubZap to handle online payments for club membership and other fundraising initiatives. We need to create a connection for your members to your bank account.

  1. Login to the ClubZap Admin portal as an admin here

  2. Go to Club Settings -> Stripe Accounts

  3. Select Register Account with Stripe

  4. Enter your Email Address

  5. Enter your Mobile Phone Number - Following this you will receive a code via SMS which you must enter to continue the setup.

  6. Select Business Type: Individual/Sole Trader.

  7. Enter your Name, Address and Date of Birth. This is your own name and address which is required to validate the account.

  8. Enter your clubs IBAN where you want the money to go and confirm the IBAN.

If you are not an admin, please contact one to assist with the setup process.

2. Connect Social Media

To connect your Facebook you must first ensure you are listed as 'People with Facebook Access'

On Facebook, on the options on the menu on the left side, select Page Access.

On the following screen the person connecting the Facebook page must be listed as someone with Facebook access - see example below.

If you do not have this level of access please ask someone with access to connect the page.

  1. Login to the ClubZap Dashboard

  2. Select Club Settings -> Social Media from the left hand menu

  3. Select “Connect Facebook” button.
