Open the ClubZap app
Go to the Chat tab and click on the group you want to change your details for.
Click on the settings button (identified by 3 horizontal dots in the top right of screen) and click on Group info
Click on Your Status link to manage your status.
Change your Status
In the Group info screen you can tap on the Your Status setting an choose your status as :
Parent
Coach
Player
Other
For Parent and Coach you can specify your Childs name when you enter the group for the first time. You can also edit your child details and your status at any stage on the group info.
Note if your status is Parent at least one Child must exist.
Edit Child Name or Add Child
Open the ClubZap app
Go to the Chat tab and click on the group you want to change your details for.
Click on the settings button (identified by 3 horizontal dots in the top right of screen) and click on Group info
Click on Children link to manage your children.
Click on the Edit button to update a name or remove a child.
Click on Add Child option as seen in Screenshot 2 to add more children to your profile.
Note: You should only add children that are part of this group/squad.
Remove Child Name
Open the ClubZap app
Go to the Chat tab and click on the group you want to change your details for.
Click on the settings button (identified by 3 horizontal dots in the top right of screen) and click on Group info
In the Group Info screen click on the Children option as shown above.
Click on the Edit button to update a name or remove a child.
Note if your status is Parent at least one Child must exist.
Group Admin - Managing Group Members Status and Child selection
A group admin can also add a Childs name to a parent as follows -
Open your chat group and go to the Group settings
Click on the member name and select set status
From the drop down menu select ether parent or coach depending on the parents status in the group
Add the child's name to this member - Adding the child will overwrite any other children selected for this parent. If multiple children exist for this parent/coach in this group you can add the required names.
