How do i manage chat notifications and configure auto reply?

Snooze chat notifications for a configurable time and setup an auto response when you are unavailable for a set time.

Mute Notifications

This option will mute push notifications for chats for a configurable time. Your chat feed will still be updated with the latest content but you will not be informed its there.

  1. Open the Chat tab on the app.

  2. Select the group settings button on the top right.

  3. Select the Mute option.

  4. Select your choice from:

  • 8 hours

  • 1 day

  • 1 week

  • 1 month

Auto Reply to Events - mark yourself as unavailable

You can setup an auto reply for events that you are invited to by the group admin. This is useful in cases where you may be on holiday or injured or unavailable for a set time.

  1. Open the Chat tab on the app.

  2. Select the group settings button.

  3. Select the Set as away option.

  4. Set the End Date of when you are unavailable until.

  5. Reason is optional.

Note: When you mark yourself as away your response will be assigned to the Unavailable count in the RSVP responses a chat group admin/coach will see.

Your status will automatically return to available again on the date specified in the End date above.
