There is no limit to the number of users you can provide access to for your admin portal. Multiple levels of permission exist including:

  • Administrator
  • Editor
  • Website Admin
  • Registration
  • Team Manager
  1. Login to the Admin portal here
  2. From the menu go to Club Settings -> Admin Privileges
  3. The “Invite Club Admin” button will allow you to send a new invite once you provide the person’s Name and Email address. 

4. Enter the name and email address of the contact you wish to grant access to.

5. Once you click on send invite this person will receive an email with a link to create their own password for their account as well as login details to the admin portal.

Anyone with Administrator privileges can change the permission for those with a lower access level. 

Providing access to admin menus on the app

You can now make any of your followers on the app a contributor to your club for managing Fixtures, Events, Schedules and Results. Information on how to do this is available here.
