Deleting your ClubZap user account
When you choose to delete your your account it will
Delete your account profile information
Remove you form ClubZap chat groups
Open the ClubZap app
Click on the settings icon on the top right of the screen
Under the Settings section click on Account details
Scroll to the bottom and select Delete Account
Enter the Phone number associated with the account you wish to delete - This must be the phone number associated with the device your working on.
Select Confirm to verify your choice
An email will be sent to the address associated with your profile once deletion is completed.
Note: You can only delete the account associated with your profile on the app - A security check is done to ensure the number you enter in step 4 above matches the number on your phones ClubZap app.
Cancel your request to Delete your ClubZap user account
If a user logs back in within 7 days of their cancellation request it will cancel the account deletion request.
