How can I change the card associated with a payment?

Send an email to the payer to update their card details

Update Card details via ClubZap Admin Portal

When a person has requested to change the card details associated with an ongoing subscription you as a club administrator can initiate an email to this person with a link to setup their new card details ensuring the payment will continue.

Changing card details for a Membership Subscription

  1. To begin the process login to the ClubZap admin portal

  2. For Membership select the Membership link from the left hand menu.

  3. Select the option for Membership Sales

  4. Search for the name of the person who has requested the change.

  5. In the payments section click on the button identified by 3 horizontal dots to reveal a sub menu.

  6. Select the Send secure Link option which will trigger an email to the payer as per below. Click on Access my Purchase to update card details.

Changing card details for a Product Subscription

  1. To begin the process login to the ClubZap admin portal

  2. For Products select the Products link from the left hand menu.

  3. Select the option for Product Sales

  4. Search for the name of the person who has requested the change.

  5. In the payments section click on the button identified by 3 horizontal dots to reveal a sub menu.

  6. Select the Send secure Link option which will trigger an email to the payer as per below. Click on Access my Purchase to update card details.
