A Subscriber is any user who has downloaded the ClubZap and followed your club. These subscribers can consume content such as news, fixtures and results - all content which is publicly available on your club website and social media pages.
These subscribers cannot see the private messages sent in chat groups unless they have been added to the group by a group administrator.

Select Subscribers
The following details are listed detailing your subscribers:
Name: First and last Name
Email: Email address of this subscriber
Phone: Number of the device the subscriber has installed the ClubZap app on.
App Admin: Green tick confirms subscriber is an app admin for this club | Red X confirms they are not an app admin
Ann. Chat Admin: Green tick confirms subscriber is an administrator on the Announcements channel | Red X confirms they are not an announcement channel admin. More info on announcement channel admins
Signed Up: Date the subscriber started following your club
App Opens: Number of times this subscriber has opened the ClubZap app
If you cannot see the Subscribers link on the dashboard you do not have the Full Admin access on the dashboard so you need to contact an administrator in your club to upgrade your access.
How to export your subscriber details
To export the details of your subscribers from the dashboard to a .csv file (spreadsheet) -
login to dashboard.clubzap.com
Select Subscribers
Click on the Export button located at the top of the page
