An existing admin can upgrade any existing group member to a group admin for that chat group which will allow them to send messages, add other users to the group and view member responses. An admin can also dismiss an existing admin reducing their privilege back to that of a regular group member
Enable group admin access
Open the chat tab on the app and select the group you wish to manage.
Click on the settings button in the top right.
Click on the group Members name in the members list and select Make Group Admin
Remove group admin access
Open the chat tab on the app and select the group you wish to manage.
Click on the settings button in the top right.
Click on the group Admins name in the admin list and select Dismiss as admin
