When you synchronise your ClubZap profile with your personal calendar any event invites will automatically appear in your calendar.

Copy the calendar link from your ClubZap app to synchronise all your ClubZap events scheduled for your team(s) with your calendar. An iCalendar link, often shortened to “an iCal”, is a link to another calendar. iCal is an open standard for exchanging calendar and scheduling information between users and computers.

Subscribing to an iCal calendar, doesn’t add events to any existing calendar on your device, but rather creates a brand new calendar that your can choose to show or hide in your calendar app.

You can add an iCal link to synchronise with any calendar program, such as Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Microsoft Outlook.

6. You can rename your Calendar to a ore recognisable name such as ClubZap Events or Kids Sports.

Note: It may take a few minutes for your iCal file to fully load in Google. As long as you do not see an error, it is likely still working. Please note that Google can take up to 24 hours to fully populate subscribed calendars. If the calendar name shows in your list of calendars on the left of the screen, the subscription was successfully added. If it has been over 24 hours and your calendar has not populated, please contact support@clubzap.com.

Subscribing to a calendar on your Android phone is a two-part process. Android phones are tightly integrated with Google, so to access a subscribed calendar on an Android phone, you must first subscribe through Google Calendar as detailed here.

The second step is to go to Google Calendar and verify that Sync is selected in Settings by following the steps below:

You'll want to be sure that you use the same Google account that you have set up on your phone.

To subscribe using the Google Calendar app for iOS, you must first subscribe through Google Calendar from the web interface by following the steps outlined here.

Since subscribed internet calendars are shared calendars that you don’t have administrative control over, they need to be selected individually to sync because the default setting is “Off” on the Google Calendar App for iOS. This means that when a new calendar is added, you will have to go back to sync each time by following the steps below:

You can add iCal links in any supported version of the Outlook client. Open Outlook and go to your calendar. In the sidebar, right-click “Other Calendars” and then select Add Calendar > From Internet.

In the box that pops up, paste your iCal link and click “OK.”

The shared calendar will now appear under “Other Calendars.”

To remove the calendar, right-click the calendar name and select “Delete Calendar” from the context menu.

On the confirmation panel that pops up, click “Yes.”

This will not delete the calendar from its original location, it will just remove it from Outlook so you can no longer see it.

Open the Outlook web app and go to your calendar. In the sidebar, click “Add Calendar.”

In the panel that opens, select “Subscribe from Web.”

In the first textbox, paste your iCal link. Give the calendar a name and then click “Import.”

The shared calendar will now appear under “Other Calendars.”

To remove the calendar, click the three dots next to it and then select “Remove” from the context menu.

On the confirmation panel that pops up, click “Yes.”

This will not delete the calendar from its original location, it will just delete it from Outlook so you can no longer see it.

The main reason why new events are not appearing on your calendar is because the auto synchronisation is not enabled.

The most lightly reason for this is because the URL for the calendar is not publicly available. You may need to remove your calendar and add again ensuring you click the checkbox as below.
