Subject Access Request

  1. Search, view, edit & delete Subscriber profiles

  2. Search, view, edit & delete membership profiles

  3. Search, view, edit & delete product purchase history

Right to erasure (‘right to be forgotten’)

The data subject shall have the right to obtain from the controller the erasure of personal data concerning him or her without undue delay and the controller shall have the obligation to erase personal data without undue delay where one of the following grounds applies:

  1. Delete app user profile

  2. Delete membership records

  3. Delete purchase history from club shop

  4. Delete group message responses
